Needled Rubberized Coir is manufactured by using the needled mat laying machine where coir is needled forming an interlocked fibre fleece where latex is sprayed forming a rubberized sheet. These sheets provide the required insulation & flexibility, which is mainly used as a spring cover sheet for spring mattresses. Coir sheet can produce in varying densities from 600 g/m2 upward with thickness 6 – 8 mm. Product is available in different specification as one side latex or both side latex. Wave net blanket is made using heavy duty, high resistance thick PP netting which has a wave profile and this heavy-duty wave net comes in the middle of Top and Bottom Black PP Nets.
This is ideal for Steep Slopes and High Floe Velocity channels.

The Rubberized coir sheet, gives the required insulation & flexibility to the spring mattress. Coir sheet can produce in varying densities from 600 g/m2 upward with thickness 4 – 6 mm upwards to suit customer’s requirements.
The Rubberized coir sheet and blocks are manufactured by processing Twisted Fibre known as Curled fibre with natural rubber latex. The curled fibre when mixed with latex would give the spring effect to the rubberized coir block. This bedding component is vastly used by the mattresses manufacturers to enhance the comfort in the mattress.
The rubberized coir sheets and block can be customized according to the customer requirement and can produce in different densities from 20 density upwards. The minimum thickness of the sheet will be 1cm. We have the capability to customize the product for varying fiber latex ratios as well. Rubberized Coir sheets and blocks can be produced according to GOLS standard with organic raw materials.
