Hayleys mattresses and bedding components offer durable, efficient and cost-effective solutions, catering to diverse customer base in different market segments. Our bedding, made of coir fibre, offers numerous natural health benefits, including anti-allergy properties, natural air circulation and ventilation.
We manufacture two types of bare blocks as bedding components, with rubberized coir or needled rubberized coir, adhering to ISO 9001 standards and Global Organic Latex Standards (GOLS).
Our expertise extends to manufacturing sandwich mattresses with varying natural latex foam combinations. This can be customized to cater to individual buyer specifications. In addition, we export spring cover sheets, which are used by worldwide spring mattress manufacturers. These can be supplied as sheets or in roll form.
